Warranty

All purchases from ForeverCharms will be covered under the following limited warranty:

• If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have 48 hours after receipt to inform us. You will receive a full refund or exchange. If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, you are responsible for both the return shipping cost and the shipping cost for the new item.
• You will be covered for any manufacturer faults, up to 7 days after receipt of your order. We will cover all shipping costs. You will receive a full refund, exchange or gift voucher (as per your choice).
  
• No refunds apply after 30 days. 

The following exclusions will apply:

• Accidental loss of item/s
• Accidental damage
• Chemical damage
• Improper use
• Misuse
• Oxidation (Tarnishing)

Please Note

• Special orders and bulk orders are not refundable once placed.

We will contact you as soon as possible to arrange for the return of the items to us. The items must be unused and in the original packaging, except for manufacturer defects.

We reserve the right to amend the warranty and T&C at any time without prior notification.
